Do you like to cook? Do you have a way with poetry? There are so many contests, giveaways and sweepstakes on the internet today that you can be entering - day and night!
Submit ideas to sites requesting ideas for greeting cards, favorite recipes, best and worst dating experiences, clever video submissions, short stories, etc..
I went through a phase where I entered tons of online contests and actually won some of them! I just Googled the key word “contest” and was amazed by what popped up.
Also, check out YouTube, under the "Community" drop down. There are always new video contests featured there and if you’re a video enthusiast, this site’s ripe for the picking.
I placed among the top ten finalists in two different YouTube video contests; one of them rewarded me with 25,000 airline miles and a voucher for free flowers. I've also won a $500 Amex gift card for coming up with a clever greeting card idea. The contests are out there - you just have to be the one to win them!
